The Worm is a pattern that merges old school Keys fly design with modern materials and fishing techniques and a little inspiration from Jack Gartside. Tied with gorgeous barred ginger hackle from Sideling Hill and a custom dubbing blend body. Designed to be a versatile alternative to traditional foam worm flies; I fish this pattern from April through July on the ocean. Available in three sizes from 2.5” #2 to 3” #1/0.
