Cancelling Orders

Email me at josh@twoaught.com to request a cancellation and full refund to your original payment method within five business days of placing your order.

After five business days you may request a cancellation but your refund will be issued as store credit towards your next order. If your order has already shipped please follow the Return instructions below after you receive the package.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once paid.

Returning Orders

Returns for store credit are allowed for items in new condition within 7 days of delivery. Email me at josh@twoaught.com to request a return.

Absolutely no returns or refunds for custom orders.

I do not offer refunds to your original payment method for any returns due to the nature of the order-to-production-to delivery timeline and the cost imposed on my business by federal excise taxes on sporting goods manufactured in the US. If you have an issue with your order please contact me and I will do my best to make sure you’re satisfied with the outcome.
