The Rivet is a familiar fly for most South Florida fly fishermen. Developed by the legendary “land captain” Steve Kantner for use on the Tamiami Trail, the Rivet is a quintessential backcountry fly. My version retains the unique features of the original Rivet tied on a modern hook capable of dealing with large snook and medium tarpon. Tied about 2.5" long on a #2 SL12s. Comes with a single post mono weedguard.
