The Fox Fur Slider is a fly I’ve been tying for a long time. It’s similar to Tim Borski’s classic Bonefish slider but smaller with a sparser deer hair head. I tie this fly for bonefish but it’s probably my favorite redfish fly in Florida Bay. Tied with medium bead chain eyes on a #4 hook and a single post weedguard.
