Skiff Anchor Rode

These custom adjustable length skiff anchor rodes are constructed from 3/8" AmSteel Blue Dyneema 12-Strand rope using locking splices and an integral 5' section of marine grade shock cord for a completely streamlined setup. 

The 100% stretch in the shock cord acts as a snubber when you're anchored in a chop making it easier to maintain your balance on the skiff, less likely you'll take a wave over the bow, and more likely your anchor will hold even in rough oceanside conditions. The completed rodes adjust from 20’ to 30’ in length to dial in the right scope for any tarpon fishing scenario.

Anchor rode kits include the adjustable rode with forged stainless thimble on the anchor end, a high quality Wichard stainless quick release snap shackle with 6’ quick release cord, and a sliding pendant for adding a float or buoy of your choice.

Anchor rodes do not qualify for free shipping, I charge a $20 flat rate. Standard rode orders generally take 4 weeks to fulfill, custom rode orders generally take 8 weeks.
