September Night - In Stock

Master fly tier and innovator Kenney Abrames designed the September Night to imitate the full profile of a finger mullet in a cast-able package. Like all of Abrames’ flat wing patterns the September Night uses silhouette and motion to suggest size rather than heavily dressing the hook with a lot of materials. The September Night is one of the few mullet flies that casts well on lighter weight fly rods and it’s usually my first choice when finger mullet are prevalent in the backcountry. Tied about 6” long on a #1/0 Gamakatsu SL12s.
