the Dredge Fleye is the only fly I sell that’s not specifically tied for sight fishing, but every Tarpon fisherman needs a dredge fly in his or her box. the Dredge is based on Bob Popovics Semper Fleye design to provide a lot of bulk in a castable package with a heavy tungsten bead added at the hook bend to increase sink rate for getting down to fish holding in current. Tied about 7-8″ long on a #3/0 Gamakatsu SL12s Short hook with a 5.5mm tungsten bead.
