the Backcountry Slider - In Stock

a married tail slider is a staple backcountry snook fly. when I’m fishing snook tight to mangrove roots I like a fly that suspends or sinks very slowly to procked as much time in the strike zone as possible. the Backcountry Slider combines a sparse spun deer hair head with foam eyes on a very lightweight hook to keep the fly in the right spot as long as possible. tied about 3” long on a Gamakatsu SC15 #1/0 with size medium foam eyes and a single post weedguard.
