Splayed tail shrimp imitations have a long history in Keys tarpon fishing. While tarpon flies have evolved significantly since many of these were first dreamed up, these classics still have a place in today's high pressure fishery. I've updated the varying original designs to a single pattern designed ride higher, land softer and last longer than the originals while maintaining those classic silhouettes and color combinations. Tied on Gamakatsu SL12s Short #1s or Gamakatsu SL12s #1/0s.
