The Grocery Fly is my go-to when natural bait are thick on the beaches and the Tarpon are ignoring my standard patterns. Tarpon often target the small predators that corral bait rather than the minnows or mullet themselves. This has also been an effective pattern for me in certain situations in the Everglades backcountry where Tarpon are keyed in on Ladyfish.
